- Cash on Delivery: You will receive a notification card in the mail to collect and pay for your item and the
postage at your Post Office. They will foward us a cheque for the amount owing. The
Post Office fee for this service is $11.30 plus the regular postage charge.
Freight
Animal Training Systems is based north of Brisbane on the Redcliffe Peninsular in Queensland.
Orders will generally be processed and sent within 3 working days of your payment being received and cleared. Several times a year we travel away from Brisbane to exhibit at Field Days and Agricultural Shows so we recommend that you give us a call if sending a cheque so we can advise you of the dates when we will be away. If we are travelling to a show in your area you might like to select your product in person.
Should the item ordered be out of stock we will contact you with relevant delivery details and to confirm the item is still required.
Small items such as batteries and parts will be sent by Regular Post, delivery time is generally 2-5 days depending on your location.
Bark collars, Training Collars and Radio Fence Systems under 5kg will be dispatched by Australia Post Express Post with a delivery time of 2-3 days although some remote areas may take longer.
Orders over 5kg will be dispatched by Australia Post Registered Mail. Depending on your location, a slip may be left requiring you to collect the parcel from your local Post Office, delivery time is generally 2-5 days depending on your location.
Some of the larger products such as Kennel Runs and Petsafe Deluxe Pet Panel for sliding doors will be sent directly from the manufacturer and shipping times for these will be advised on ordering.
