WARRANTY-GUARANTEE

WARRANTY

Remote Trainers and Radio Fence systems supplied by Animal training Systems will be repaired or replaced for a period of Three Years from original invoice date. Bark Control collars will be repaired or replaced for a period of Two Years from original invoice date. This warranty covers intrinsic component and manufacturing defects and excludes any defects due to misuse, incorrect procedures, tampering, incorrect maintenance, physical damage or misadventures. Damage from dogs chewing is not covered under warranty. Rechargeable batteries 1 Year Warranty.

After the first year from date of sale a nominal handling and labour fee, plus return freight charges will apply.

In no event shall Animal Training Systems be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of this Product.

Should your unit require servicing, please call us first on 1800 688 221 to check first if the technician can help you over the phone.
If your collar must be returned please post it to: P.O. Box 567, Bulimba, Qld 4171.
Enclose a note detailing the problem and ensure we have your current return address and phone number.

GUARANTEE

This guarantee is offered on a joint liability basis whereby the purchaser agrees to follow all instructions for use and training guidelines as outlined in the training manual.
If the product does not perform satisfactorily, Animal Training Systems will refund the receipted purchase price (less cost of consumables and postage) provided that:

  • Goods are returned in their original case with their accessories.
  • Goods are returned with your original receipt within the 30 day period from date of invoice.
  • Goods are not damaged in transit.
  • The purchaser shall pay the cost of postal return and the cost of any consumables; replaceable batteries and rolls of wire (Radio Fence).
  • Deductions will be made to the receipted purchase price to cover the initial freight cost, cost of missing items and repair to damaged items.
