WARRANTY

All Remote Training Collars and Radio Fence Systems supplied by Animal Training Systems will be repaired or replaced for a period of Three Years from original invoice date. A copy of the original sales receipt is required to validate your date of purchase. 

Bark Collars will be repaired or replaced for a period of Two Years from original invoice date.

Rechargeable Batteries have a One Year warranty.

This warranty covers intrinsic component and manufacturing defects and excludes any defects due to misuse, incorrect procedures, tampering, incorrect maintenance, physical damage or misadventures. Damage from dogs chewing is not covered under warranty.

The first year covers parts, labour and return freight. After the first year from date of sale a nominal handling and labour fee, plus return freight charges will apply.

In no event shall Animal Training Systems be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of our products, website or services.

Should your unit require servicing, please call us first to check if the technician can help you over the phone and we will provide you with a mailing address.

Enclose a note detailing the problem and a copy of your original invoice and ensure we have your current return address and phone number.

30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

This guarantee is offered on a joint liability basis whereby the purchaser agrees to follow all instructions for use and training guidelines as outlined in the training manual.

If the product does not perform satisfactorily, Animal Training Systems will refund the receipted purchase price less the cost of consumables, processing fee and freight provided that:

• Product is first approved for return by contacting us on 1800 688 221 when we will provide you with a mailing address.
• Goods are returned with your original receipt within the 30 day period from date of invoice.
• Goods are returned in their original purchase condition and include all packaging and accessories.
• Goods are not damaged in transit.
• The purchaser shall pay the cost of postal return (returns by COD will not be accepted) and the cost of any consumables i.e replaceable batteries, collar straps  
• Radio Fence Systems: Despooled and respooled rolls of wire are not eligible for return.
• Deductions will be made from the receipted purchase price to cover the initial freight cost, replacement cost of missing items and repair to damaged items.
• A restocking fee of $20 will be charged on all returned items.
• All returned goods are at your own risk and we suggest you register and insure all articles.
• We do not accept any responsibility for goods that are lost in transit and not received by us.
