Tracker have established themselves as world leaders in radio tracking systems for years and consistantly offer the latest technology in their dog tracking collars.
The Tracker Maxima System provides you with state-of-the-art radio location technology for tracking your dog in the field, designed specifically for Australian conditions and standards.
Radio location tracking is a method that relies on the signal transmission concept to find a target. A handset receiver is used to pick up the transmission signal from a dog's transmitter collar and indicate it with an audible beeping sound or visually by a graph the LED screen. The strongest signal allows you to identify the direction of the transmitter collar.
The handset receiver has an On/Off button which illuminates the LCD screen. The handset will shut down to conserve battery life if no button is pressed for 15 minuites. It also features a low battery indicator which lights when the battery needs replacing.
The transmitter collar features a bark indicator which is activated when the dog barks and a motion sensor which is activated when your dog stops moving for 20 seconds. When the transmitter battery is low, it transmits a signal to the handset receiver to alert the user. |
